Feng Shui is the Ancient Chinese wisdom to help you get the most out of your life by creating positive energy influence in your environment. Feng Shui works on the premise that there is an invisible life force that penetrates through everything including the physical and metaphysical. It allows us to increase positive energy and to correct negative energy. The aim of Feng Shui is to improve many aspects of your life including health, wealth, relationships and happiness.

Feng Shui is also known as “kanya” meaning the doors of heaven and Earth.

When positive energy (Chi) is allowed to gently flow through an interior, freely and without impediment, like a meandering river, it brings benefits to the people near it.

Feng Shui also works on the notion that ‘like attracts like’. If we create harmony in our environment we will find it in our life, in our mind and in our body. A place cluttered with objects causes confusion for the occupant. Also we can tell a lot about a person by looking at where they live. We can tell what is important to them by their choice of decoration. The image a business projects to the world by their use of branding also influences what type of clients they will attract.

One of my favourite Feng Shui successes personally was before I was practising Feng Shui professionally. I wanted some extra income and I had a look at what I could do in my own home to attract the success in my life. The way I found the appropriate ‘cure’ was I had a look at what I would be doing if I already had a new job. And I thought I would be so happy I would buy flowers and plant them in my front garden. I then went to a garden shop, bought some beautiful plants and planted them. The next day a friend called with some part time work which was perfect for me with very good pay. The happiness I created in my home attracted this in my life.

A Feng Shui consultant can also look at a business and tell what is missing symbolically which would attract more customers and increase customer service. This doesn’t mean buying expensive pieces of furniture but rather is the furniture positioned in a way which has the clients feel comfortable approaching them. Does it put the customer at ease on their visit and have them feel like staying there. By creating this type of environment will attract loyal clients which have them keep coming back. This methodology can be used whether clients actually visit the premise or not for - like attracts like. The intention attracts the reality.
By tapping into and creating the right energy in a place, we can create and attract anything.
