Human beings have enormous natural resources of spirit and wisdom, of
creativity, optimism, and goodwill. However, these qualities are often
obstructed in the workplace by inner confusion and conflict, interpersonal
tensions, stressful environments, and organizational bureaucracy.
In order to bring forth these inner resources of spirit and wisdom, the
Client is led through deep inquiries into personal and organizational
skills, beliefs, goals, and commitments. The focus of these customized
consulting interventions is on systemic repair of the actual causes of
personal and interpersonal distress and performance breakdowns within the
workplace.
The Clients are engaged in fundamental questions about life and work:
Who are we? What are we doing? How and why are we doing it? Does our
organizational culture liberate or suppress employees’ spirit? What is the
quality of our communications and of our relationships? What are our
values, and how do we demonstrate them in our decisions? How do we serve
the greater good of our community and the world?
This organic process transforms confusion to clarity, tension to harmony,
frustration to creativity, and resistance to cooperation.
Individual Coaching
Executive Coaching helps the Client increase their ability to effectively
meet the day-to-day challenges and opportunities of executive
responsibilities, and is a catalyst for the exploration of the deeper
dimensions of life: authenticity, service, values, creativity, purpose,
and passion.
Executive Coaching is a one-to-one relationship whose purpose is to
provide practical insight and inspiration in support of the Client’s
highest aspirations. These consultations offer the Client a confidential
environment to enhance their self-awareness, and help them to:
